You’ll need to use an RSS reader. I like Google Reader, and Reeder is an app for Apple devices that talks to your Google Reader account.
The Kindle edition is available from Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com. Unfortunately, it costs money (I don’t set the price) and is a bit rubbish, but why not try the free trial?
